Farmer's Daughters Kitchen

"Was driving through to get back to Iowa after an event in Minneapolis. This is a perfect place to stop for some food that captures a more modern but good old fashion cafe that sits in many small towns. I am almost sure it captivates the truckers next to the main drive to stop in for a hearty breakfast and a strong coffee. While also bringing in the local farmers and hometown folks for the warm environment it provided. The hostess was great and checked on me frequently. Offered some recommendations and let me know the deal of the day. I grabbed the French toast with a jam they are offering as a special. The heavy cream and jam were sweet and savory. They had it out and hot for my appetite in good time. Overall a prime spot if your looking for a good coffee and some sweet morning breakfast. Also they have some good sweet treats you can buy much like a Perkins however, I almost would bet this would have the love of a small-town baked into whatever you order. If you dont have much of a sweet tooth then definitely watch your order cause I definitely got my fill of sweet cream and jam but definitely welcome for me personally."

"10/10 recommend! They made us feel like one of the family from the moment we walked in! Everyone was incredibly friendly and kind- taking extra care to proactively anticipating out needs with a baby and toddler in tow. The food came insanely fast, and it was delicious. We did a a few classic breakfast/egg/meat dishes and all were delicious. However, what really stood out was the salad- the greeen (sourced locally) were so fresh, and the toppings came in very generous portions! Also, the space offers a homey and clean vibe."

"The food was delicious, I asked for a coffee refill and it was granted. It's a cozy place and family friendly. Melissa was my waitress, she's so kind and welcoming. I would definitely go back and even probably take my family there for a meal."

"Headed somewhere on the interstate and passing by? Stop here! It's delicious! Got a cheeseburger with tater tots. Burger? So well seasoned! The bun? Buttery and toasted! The beer cheese sauce? Awesome! You cannot go wrong! And the tater tots? Perfection! Perfectly crispy outside and tender and soft inside. Goes great with a side of the beer cheese! And the desserts are homemade! (I didn't get any but they just be good!) The decor is adorable. It's bright and clean and the young ladies working are very pleasant. Couldn't ask for a better food stop! PS Gluten free options are NOT listed. But the salads looked good and they serve breakfast all day!"

"Clean, modern family run restaurant....great food. Everyone in the restaurant is friendly, mostly locals...I had a breakfast burrito. My partner had a hamburger, half pound of fresh, prime beef. The burrito has enough for two...quality ingredients, well prepared with a side for fresh corn. I will stop again next year on my hunting trip out west."
